Join attorney James Stout as he introduces 2026 Law Book and highlights the latest laws and changes affecting Oregon landlords and property managers.The 2026 Law Book is an effective resource to keep you up to date on the current laws for managing your rental properties.

Also, we are pleased to welcome Brad Hicks to our September General Meeting. Brad is the Republican candidate for Oregon State Senate District 3 and will be joining us to introduce himself, share his perspective on issues affecting Southern Oregon, and discuss his priorities as he campaigns for the State Senate.

We will have plenty of time for Questions and Answers with our board at the end of our meeting.

This will be an IN PERSON meeting only. This is a great time to network and visit with fellow Housing Providers.

$10 per member

1 hour CE credit available for an additional $20. Please call office to sign up with CE credit.
