James J. Stout is a prominent long-time attorney based in Medford, Oregon, who has spent over three decades specializing in estate planning, probate, wills, trusts, and real estate law.

He has been a trusted legal advisor to individuals and businesses across Southern Oregon, including SOROA, helping them navigate complex wealth management and property transitions. 

James will be speaking on new landlord/tenant laws going into effect in 2026 and on June 1st, 2026.

 We will have plenty of time for Questions and Answers with our board at the end of our meeting.

This will be an IN PERSON meeting only. This is a great time to network and visit with fellow Housing Providers.

$10 per member

1 hour CE credit available for an additional $20.
