Because of limited space only preregistered members will be allowed to attend. No walk ins.
PRESENTATION - Fire Marshal of Medford will be coming to speak to us about Smoke alarms and Carbon monoxide alarms and where they are required to be placed. What egress is and why we need to enforce this policy. And other Fire hazards in and outside of a rental unit we should be watching out for during our annual walk throughs.
This will be an IN PERSON meeting only. This is a great time to network and visit with fellow Housing Providers.
